If a tutor is replaced due to emergencies.
If a student cancels the class/lesson or a session at the last minute. (24-hour notice to be provided before cancellation so an alternative lesson arrangement. could be done)
If a student is dissatisfied with the course content or instructor. In the event of a student expressing dissatisfaction with either the course content or instructor, it is crucial to acknowledge the subjective nature of these perceptions, often influenced by personal biases. If such concerns are raised after the initial session, EduClik is committed to promptly finding a replacement tutor.
If a student does not complete the course. Registering & and completing a course is the responsibility of a student or parents/parent carer in the case of a minor.
If a student is found in violation of EduClik's terms of use.
